HonorHealth Foundation Executive Assistant survey

Our goal is to support your essential role in the Foundation. Your responses are anonymous and will only be reviewed in a roll-up report. Jared will host a meeting with all support staff to review findings together. Thank you for your forthright feedback.

  1. Excellent: demonstrates high competence; outcomes almost always achieve expectations; is a resource for others 
  2. Satisfactory: meet expectations of the role; regularly achieves desired results; needs little guidance
  3. Learning: quality is inconsistent; able to meet expectations with some mistakes; is taking steps to improve competency, 
  4. Unsatisfactory: quality is poor; does not meet minimum standards for the role
  5. Have not observed (or don't know)
